  • Total sale were increased reasonably by 3002 cr in FY-13 compared to FY-12 sale of Rs 1982 cr.
  • All real estate companies loosing continuously but IB Real estate maintaining their profit Considerable range.
  • Last financial year they successfully buy back 5cr share around Rs 273.20cr It intimates that company is very strong about their future.
  • Added nearly 220 acres to the land bank in Gurgaon & Panvel, Now totally they are holding nearly 3592 acres in their land bank.
  • While all other real estate firms got downgraded but IB real estate retained its A+ rating for long term debt & A1+( Highest possible)for short term debt.
  • FII's holding 32% of their total equity shares.
  • Annual rental income increased to 486 Cr in FY-13 Vs 354Cr in FY-12, So long term perspective it has strong cash flow to run the firm.
  • Lots of projects are going all over India, once complete their projects they will get good profit.
  • Book value of company is 142 now it trading almost half of the book value.
  • Recently they announced 100% dividend, so it has good potential to improve their revenue.

  • For short term it will reach around 102-105, long term perspective we expect around 150-163. 
  • If it fall below do average around 50-53 level.
